Good news! No more account examples are needed. The team is planning to fix this in the coming days. We'll update this thread when we can confirm the item has gone out to accounts.
@EA_Blueberry @ @ANTITEXNH I hope it will be fixed before it expires. We only have 5D 10H left.

@vmgonzales_0 They're planning to fix it before that deadline. The only advisor that was helpful and has knowledge about NBALM.
@ANTITEXNH Today is Nov 18 morning here and i dont see any changes. Thanks for that info anyways. I'll wait till tonight.

I reached out for an update on the status of this. Dates could be subject to change in the event an unexpected error pops up. Stay tuned for updates. - @vmgonzales_0 Nothing. I guess we're not going to be able to claim him on time in order to complete the sets.
@ANTITEXNH Yeah your correct, they are making us loose our patience. Then the showdown event is not working too untill now. Another EA messed up buddy.
- @vmgonzales_0 I can't say why Showdown isn't working, the only thing they had to do is choose which lineup to suggest for playing.

The team is planning to push out a notification in game soon where you'll be able to claim him. The set will be extended, so there is no need to panic on not having enough time to complete it. 🙂
