Turkey. And I tried rebooting the game, restarted my phone, deleting cache etc. Nothing helps at all !

Thank you. Can I check if you play other mobile games with ads? If so, do these ads work fine? I ask because often the ads are provided to multiple games by the same provider.
Yes I do. They work fine. Also, I’ve waited more than 24 hours to make sure. I don’t see any ads at all in the game for 2 days. I don’t think it’s on me

@cmhrlicious Thanks. While sometimes ad issues can be due to local issues, just as often the issue lies elsewhere. Can you let me know your region, platform and UID(you'll find this on the settings page) and I'll pass the info on?
I think they have fixed it already. It is working smoothly now. I receive the stamina reward right after I watch the ads right now. Thanks already 🙏

I got the same problem as him but located in France. My friends get adds but not me... Pretty embarrassing !
I already email someone for this problem but the things I’ve done for fix the problem (with aids from EA already) hasn’t work ...
In addition, I don’t have the adds or when they’re here, they don’t work...
Hoping you’ll fix this !

Hi, if you're still having issues can you try a restart of your device if you haven't already?
If this has no effect, can I check when you last got an add, and your region & platform? - I am having the same issue I live in Colorado and I have a iPhone it just tells me that I will receive my reward shortly and it never appears and the watch ad button disappears
Hi guys, I have this same problem, as you, I called it on NBA Live Mobile help, and they promised to resolve this mainly bug diligently, in my region ads didn't show since last week(almost 8 days), yesterday it showed up(at 9pm CEST), but when I want to click on them in next hour, there weren't any of them, today this situation is still the same, what's mean that nothing else is showing up. FIX this problem pernamenty, of course, I demand also recompensate for lost time and stamina, which i could to click(everyday I clicked almost 3000 stamina, 7 days, what is almost 21 000 stamina lost!). I also typed to EA team, but as I can see, they ignore me - very good pro-client attitude.
I expecting action and recompensate.

Hi, I'm also having a problem where I cannot use any ads, and ads don't appear. The bonus reward ads work but everything else has disappeared. I use ios and I'm in Toronto, Ontario Canada my ads in other applications work and when I log into a different account on the same device the ads work. Whenever I go into promotions and watch ads for rewards a sign always pops up saying that no offers are available, keep in mind that when I log into my second account all of the ads work. This is my fourth day with this problem and I am very displeased with this and I hope that you guys can help fix it. Thank you
- @MrBrachol I agree with you entirely I am stuck with this problem. This event is disturbing and without these ads, the game is not fun because you only get so much stamina. Right now I am barely playing the game because I can't. Once again I agree entirely with @MrBrachol and I expect compensation, but more importantly I want this problem to STOP.

Don't "necropost." Reviving, updating or bumping old, outdated and irrelevant threads is not helpful for our community. It's best to check when the thread was created before you hit post, just to make sure it's not 2 years old for example.
