The reoccurring, shot button is missing

Daily dice roll event in progress during dungeon & basketball event
Like last time, the error of missing the shoot button occurred again !!

Why does this error keep happening?

The device I am using is an acer Chromebook R11.

For reference, even if I press the part where the shoot button should be, the shot is not thrown.

Stamina 35 was used as it is, who will compensate for the damage?
EA NBA Live Mobile Team has not responded at all to this.
