Community ManagerWhen you start up the app there will be an option to login using Google Play/Apple. You'll want to choose that instead of guest mode. Keep in mind that if you delete the app, your guest mode progress will be erased.
I know but if I do that I still can save my guest account
Hey I’m having this issue myself! I have two NBA Live Mobile accounts, I have one as my guest account and the other is my Game Center account. I recently had to uninstall the app because of troubleshooting issues and I was not able to log into my guest account. I try using apple ID to login but I’m not getting into the guest account… I need some assistance EA

@EA_Blueberry the real question is: is there a way to convert (or upgrade) a guest account to a cloud account, such that I don't lose the hundreds of hours (and dollars) spent on this awesome game? I.e.y guest account is now saved to cloud so if my device is deleted, stolen, damaged, etc, I can keep the data and/or port it to another device?
If there isn't currently a way, are there plans to do this? Seems like many are in a similar boat.

I agree with other reply's. There needs to be a way to convert guest accounts to cloud/linked accounts. The guest accounts hold hundreds of hours of plays, teams and achievements. We need to be able to transfer them to other devices.
