Progress made on guest accounts cannot be transferred from one device to another via the cloud because all the data is saved internally on the device itself. If you want to transfer progress from one device to another, be sure to connect to Google/Apple/Facebook accounts when you login.

Here is how to find your NBA Live User ID. This is important if you need to contact our Live-Support team in the event you can't login. This will allow them to pull up your account. We recommend writing it down on a piece of paper and store in a safe place.
