Thank you for your patience, I just got back from the weekend yesterday but was hung up on some other tasks. What kind of device do you have and have you checked your device's Time/Timezone to ensure it's set to the correct region?

Can you try toggling WiFi off and go in game to see if you can select the buttons. If you play on mobile can you try going on WiFi?
