I'd suggest the basic procedure of going to settings---> help-----> contact us
And file a missing items complaint.
With the following:
• Name of the reward missing and a screenshot that you've completed the reward(as I see you wrongfully weren't given the 2st position so provide the screenshot you have and elaborate the issues)
• Date of completion of event( I completely understand it's been days and you might not remember it , but leaderboard ends the day event ends so do surf our forum of general discussions to check the ending date. Started on the 16th, and probably ended on the 22nd. You may also mention that the date coincides with the ending of event)
If that doesn't help, revert back to us here at the forum, EA assistance specific to nbalm is currently unavailable but I'll get you in contact with a higher authority.
