    Also have this problem. Is it fixed yet? And how can I get those lost points?

    @EA_Blueberry I have finished the daily objective, but the live pass point is not given to me, fix it!!!

    I already sent you my user id and the Device type yet I still didn't get the loss points. The visuals are fix but the rewards still isn't.

    We'll need more info to help validate this. Can you let me know what specific objective you didn't receive points for (screenshot is helpful) and the EXACT TIME of when you completed the objective? Please let me know what time zone you're in.

    It happens at around 18.30 PM in my time zone (Jakarta) it happens just after i completed an objective it didn't had the live points on it it usually does, after i restarted my phone the live point is displayed but I couldn't get it because i already completed the objectives

    @wlim79833 Can you let me know which specific objectives/events you did and the exact time you completed one? Please let me know what time-zone you're in. Thanks!

    @EA_BlueberryDaily Objectives all of them, after i had installed the newest update the live points weren't displayed so about the time i played the earned edition event at 18:30 PM (my time zone was in Jakarta, Indonesia UTC+7) the daily objective which was play the live event 3 times was complete i didn't earn the live points just some emblems, afterwards i completed all of the daily objectives the points didn't show up either, after i restarted the phone the daily objectives did displayed the live points but somehow my points still didn't add up. I Installed the update on Thursday, 8th of April.

    The problem has been fixed we just want our missing points. The problem started on your end. I would like to think ea would take our word for it and make it right. The game has enough problems we don't need to make them up.

    Please contact our Support team via in-game for this request. The NBA LIVE Mobile team does not have any plans for a make-good related to this incident.
