i have been charged purchases that I did not buy.
Apple don’t want to refund me. I have attached the same charges that I did not purchase.

When you buy something and get "purchase failed" try to minimize the app and restore again (android). Not close the app, minimize. Try 2-3 times. The pack will arrive. Also if you close the app and reopen will fix the problem.
Now there is the danger that you have bought a pack with limit more times than you are supposed to.
For example there is a limit in the store for 2 packs and you bought it 3 times.
Then you get the message "you already own this item". In that case I think you should ask for a refund.
In all cases the purchasing in store sometimes fails and needs fixing @EA_Solaire
