Re: Purchased NBA live pass MVP not receiving all rewards under MVP promo

Under the Live Pass promo. You have a section for Live Pass MVP and a section for just Live Pass. I am getting the rewards for Live Pass but only received one for the Live Pass MVP portion. I purchased the Live Pass and I thought it was the Live Pass MVP because when I go back it's not an option to purchase another.

I'm not sure which, I just purchased what was available. This is the 1st I'm aware that we had 2 different live passes, one regular and one mvp. That should be announced and made clear to all participants and it was not. I don't believe that's fair. You should be able to purchase both, either, or none. Especially if you're soe ding cash because many don't. I saw the 98 Curry player, so I purchased for that reason. Now I'm stuck on the journey to get Dillard. It will prevent me from purchasing more. That's money that ea will be passing on by limiting options and not making it clear on the new promo...ijs.

I'm having the exact same issue. I purchased the more expensive Live Pass MVP, which is supposed to entitle me to 3 rewards: Standard, Premium, and MVP. I'm only receiving the Standard & MVP but not the Premium. Please resolve ASAP.

How do you purchase the live pass mvp? I purchased the regular live pass as I do every month but I want 98 Curry def.

Okay so there is some confusion here and I was able to get information to clear this up. You actually don't get the Premium content. Once you purchase the MVP Pass you are locked out of the Premium rewards. You are only entitled to the MVP rewards at that point.

Just for some feedback. The benefits for paying $49.99 vs. $29.99 is very small so the team may want to incentivize people paying for the higher tier. Also, this was never explained but again, thanks for replying.

They locked for me. If you can only purchase one at a time that’s bs man the mvp pass wasn’t available when I bought the live pass.

But if it has a 49.99 price tag that’s okay I don’t have that kind of money for an app.

I have purchased the mvp live pass, but i can only received the reward from the mvp live pass, not including the standard live pass above. Could you please explain for me? Thank you
