    What type of device do you play on and have you tried reinstalling the app as well?

    If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.

    For the past 3 days I have had this problem. As a result I didn’t get the 10 dunk and the mascot from the last high flyers event and some monthly master tokens. I have tried everything but this problem cannot be solved by the players. It is probably a bug and you need to fix it ASAP. If you could send me the dunk tokens I couldn’t get I would really appreciate it.

    Hey, all.

    I'm going to close down this discussion because it was related to an issue back in May 2019. We've seen reports of the game crashing for Season mode over the weekend and have a more recent post on this here where we'll update.
