If you feel you have been incorrectly banned you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/- Find your NBA LIVE Mobile User ID at the end of the Credits screen.Follow these steps to find your NBA LIVE Mobile User ID
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Swipe up, then tap the View button next to Credits.
- On the scrolling Credits screen, swipe up until you see your USERID.
NOTE: Please provide your User ID whenever requesting help with NBA LIVE Mobile.
