Scout recrouits missing after the latest update (01/01/2021)

After the latest update I'm missing half of my Scouts recruited in the World Tour campaign. Yesterday i was at 69% and today it shows me only 34%. My Scouts missing are: Rj Barret Ish Smith John...

Has anyone received a response from EA about the missing world tour recruits? I was told that they cannot verify my missing items thus, no action can be taken. This sucks big time!

I came back to work just a bit ago and noticed this. Can you all send me the following info in a DIRECT MESSAGE so I can pass it over to the team?

When did they go missing? (Specific Date)

@acquil I haven't created a missing content case in EA Help because like I said above:

If you report a missing content case in EA Help probably you will get an answer like this:

"Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for your patience, we know it's frustrating but we can't compensate you".
