Season Mode

I’m having an issue with my season mode on NBA LIVE Mobile. It loads perfectly until it stays on shooting around for a while and eventually stays on warming up. The loading thing is still spinning, but making no progress in the loading process.

Every time I try to play a season game, my screen would be stuck on the loading screen on “Warming Up”. This would happen to some of the campaigns/live events as well. I tried restarting my iPhone, resetting network settings, delete the app, clear background apps, and clearing safari cookies, but none of these troubleshooting options worked...None of my friends who play this game has this problem except for me.

@primetimeEM11 Same here I CANT PLAY A SINGLE DAMN GAME MODE, EA needs get their crap together and help their players

For the past 3 days I have had this problem. As a result I didn’t get the 10 dunk and the mascot from the last high flyers event and some monthly master tokens. I have tried everything but this problem cannot be solved by the players. It is probably a bug and you need to fix it ASAP. If you could send me the dunk tokens I couldn’t get I would really appreciate it.

Hey, all.

I'm going to close down this discussion because it was related to an issue back in May 2019. We've seen reports of the game crashing for Season mode over the weekend and have a more recent post on this here where we'll update.
