Showdown failing to load and penalizing me 8000 fans over n over..

Question

When I tryed to play showdown my game would endlessly say loading, warming up, etc…

over and over it ended up with the match timing out and me losing 8000 fans each time and halting any chance of me progressing up the leaderboard or receiving any of the level rewards or final standings rewards…

To add insult to injury, I just dropped $35 on this game tonight.. Without at least some compensation for my lost progress and lack of rewards and prizes, I’m quite sure that’ll be the last I spend on nba live mobile..

I'm facing the same issue. Lost 8k fans twice. And my whole response over the interface and live events and promo events has been lagging since the issue.

Hey,&nbsp;@wildcat247&nbsp;Are you still experiencing this issue?@OjayII&nbsp;&nbsp;@wildcat247&nbsp;What type of devices do you play on and have you tried checking your device for the latest software update and re-installed the game? That can usually fix game issues you're describing. Curious if that will help fix this to verify it's not corrupted files. As long as you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook your progress will be saved upon re-installing.&nbsp;
