I have spent over 2500 emblems and yet it continues to tell me that i have to spend 250 emblems to unlock it. I have tried to reopen the app and buy another pack but it doesn’t work and i dont know what to do. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It will be shown in the screenshots I provide. What happens when the bug occurs? The event doesn’t unlock and i can’t progress the campaign. What do you expect to see? The bug fixed so that I will be able to complete the campaign. I have asked my friends and they said they had no issue with this and I couldn’t find an article myself so I had decided to come here. This problem also happens for the redemption campaign but instead of mm emblems it’s for live pass points.

Summarize your bug I have earned 300+ live points, but in campaign mode, the node requirement for earning 300 live points is still locked. Anyone know how to solve this issue?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? May not be for everyone
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot get past the 300 live points requirement in campaign.
What do you expect to see? Node locked

I don't speak English well, but it is said that the lock will be unlocked when you get Live Pass Points.
You can obtain it through events or purchase it from the store.
I know a lot of ways
The administrator will inform you of details or errors.

Thanks for respond! The thing is I have already earned more than 300 of those points from objectives. Is there something else I must do?

We haven't seen any reports our way aside from yours here. Have you tried re-installing the app to see if that helps clear up the error?

Yes I have tried restarting the app, spending more emblems, redownloading the app multiple times but I still have the problem.

It appears this is also an issue similar to the LIVE Points not counting towards achievements, the team is looking into this. Thank you for letting us know, @Expillix
