Stamina doesnt refill on level up

Product: NBA Live MobilePlatform:Android TabletSummarize your bug When i level up my stamina isnt refilling the claim screen pops up i hit claim but my stamina stays the same ive been spending all my cash that i paid for on stamina refills because i didnt notice it at first but i just leveled up from 33 to 34 and nothing i dont understand why im having so many issues with your game i spend my own money on this game i really dont want to delete the game i love it but if im going to keep having multiple problems ill just download a different nba game and spend my money with them now this 2 major issues in about a 24 hour period if just spent over 2000 nba cash just today on stamina so i could keep playing thats crazy i feel like i just got ripped off for like $50 i really hope you do something about my issues and i still cant upgrade the under armor stephen curry i still havent been contacted on what your plan to fix that problem is please fix this or im going to delete the game and i really do love the game definitely my favorite nba game but im not going to keep spending my time and money on a game that rips me off.How often does the bug occur? This could be UI related where you're actually getting the stamina refill but it's not refreshing the correct amount at the top of your screen. Have you tried restarting your device to refresh the account with the servers?If you have your account synced up to your Google or Apple account your progress will be saved even if you delete the game to reinstall it. That's a suggested step in our mobile troubleshooting steps below if you notice some in-game errors. Keep us updated on what happened.

Ive tried literally everything and its still not refilling my stamina ive seriously spent about 3600 nba cash on stamina refills thats been paid for with money from my bank account so somewhere around $50 just on stamina refills im fed up im like this game alot but im losing my own money just to play the game ive reinstalled restarted and anything else i could i wrote ea but they never do or say anything to me they just close my cases and dont fix the problem i feel im owed compensation for this since its not my error its ea i have to watch ads just to play the game now i dont have any extra money to spend right now on nba cash this is completely wrong im bei g cheated out of everything i keep leveling up then restart the game nothing still empty&nbsp;
