Can you link me the specific Asus device you have? I'm concerned it's not meeting the minimum system requirements to run the game. We have some extra steps below that might help you get in, but if it's locking at the screen it could be due to low memory on the device (struggling to run the app) or simply not meeting system requirements.

Have you been able to play the game before or has it always done this? When I looked up that model I was seeing some devices with lower specifications. What is the exact phone type that you have? Are you sure your Android device doesn't have a software update?

Yes, I played the game before. I checked for updates, and it says there's nothing.

I had initially reinstalled the NBA Live Mobile game hoping the ads would work but now the game itself will not go beyond the loading screen with the orange loading animation. I have tried to log in from both Google and Facebook IDs but the result is the same it just takes me back to my phone homescreen. In other words I cannot play the game. I sure as hell do not want to lose progress. Please help me out.

- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry Nope, still out, I can get in through the guest option but obviously I've lost all my progress as I've to creat a guest account, it's not my account which I've been using. Please sort this out, it's been over a day now. It goes till the orange loding animation and then sends me back to my phone homescreen.
