I would make the season more difficult on the way you are winning the matches and also after finishing it. Let's say you end the first season, you won all the prices so you start the next one. Then the teams should be harder to beat, and the rewards better....so on.
About the prices, i would say that for the first match you can win a simple rewards (not talking about bronze players, because they are useless), but as the difficult is growing, you should be able to earn something more. What about to earn silver and golden players? What if you win the season and you earn something better, like a jersey, a court or a really good player so you are improving your team for the next seasons? And what if on the next one, the prices are even better? Even collectibles related to the current campaign?
