Transfer purchases from one account to another account

Can purchases be transferred from one account to another? Here's the issue ... an account was made using the "guest" option and was essentially lost as that device is no longer accessible. Many purchases were made on this account to receive NBA cash / coins / etc that is now lost. A new account has been made and is currently linked to a Facebook account so nothing will be lost going forward. I need the purchases transferred from the initial account to this new one, and to have that initial account deleted/removed from the system.
