Unable to claim MVP Live Pass rewards
EA is saying that the problem has been resolved and I see other players getting Bam Adebyo but my chain is still stuck at 2600 and no Bam Adebyo.

Us EA going to give us what we paid for? My nba live mvp pass has maxed out at level 25.... the whole reason I spent the 20 dollars was to get the end reward....I saw a thread stating this problem had been resolved.... it has not been resolved.. what do I do?
My MVP LIVE PASS IS STILL MAXED OUT AT LVL25 this makes no sense. Can you fix this issue for my account.

I’ve got the live pass premium and MVP. The Free and Premium have been completed and the items have been given to me. The MVP however won’t go past 2,500 points even though the tracker says I have the full 3,000. It’s only the third day of the month so maybe it doesn’t unlock for a bit?
Still an issue for me even though I deleted app and downloaded it again today. Previously, a thread regarding this issue was closed last Tuesday with EA community manager saying it should be resolved but I am not seeing any progress on my end. Please help thanks.

I haven't received Mvp Live rewards since two days ago. I already bought MVP Live.
I tried to advance in Live, to get Adebayo first, buying more 100 live points but the system only recognized and handed me the normal and pass live rewards, not for Mvp. Even today it does not advance and gives me the awards for MVP.Now I stopped to 2600 points but I'm already in 3000 points and 5 rewards missed (especially Adebayo).
Already wrote a mail to customer care service.
Please, fix this or give me back money.

I get the runaround from EA on how to fix it, or get told nothing can be done or is been resloved... what is the actual problem and is it ever going to be fixed... ive been trying to get my money back but even that is a pain in the *! Why won't they take the time to call us instead of sending usless emails on suggestions to ask the community for help when the problem is with them? So frustrating... any suggestions?
