Unable to claim MVP Live Pass rewards
EA is saying that the problem has been resolved and I see other players getting Bam Adebyo but my chain is still stuck at 2600 and no Bam Adebyo.

I can't belive the poor customer service....I am trying to get mine fixed as well and get what I've paid for.... what a joke
EA Sports is the worst customer service period. They say that it's fixed but not for everyone. SMH
