I'm having the same problem today, also. Any suggestions? I tried starting and restarting NY phone. Cleared cache and deleted my storage.
- @abrielwise Did you uninstall and reinstall the game? If you play in guest mode first link your account to Google Play or Facebook before you uninstall.
