Why isnt there fouls
I've played 50 odd games and only got 2 fouls. There needs to be more FOULS!!

This is likely an area where it's a decision between having realism and fun factor. Having realistic features might not always translate into the best fun factor. With the pace these programs in game move at, @RNM62145466 might be onto something where someone might not be able to finish a campaign in time because they received too many fouls.
I can't disagree with you though! Fouls are a huge part of basketball, especially when it comes down to the last minute of the game. If fouls played a bigger part, I'd LOVE to see a console version free throw mechanics put into the game to make those moments challenging.
