World Tour Australia level 3 bug

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
Summarize your bug In World Tour event Australia, I cannot control my players. At the start of the game, Opponent shoots from almost midcourt, misses and game is over. This has happened over and over. I have lost hundreds of energy just trying to check what I can do to no avail.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to World Tour Australia, level 3.
What happens when the bug occurs? At the start of game, opponent (Rose) shoots from midcourt, missed then game over.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to control my players and to make the required 10 points

@kray98721 Hi Kray, issue remains unresolved until now. I dont think EA is doing anything about it.

Just want to let you know the team is aware of the reports where players are stuck on this level, it's being investigated.

If you can direct message me the type of device you're on and your NBA Live Mobile User ID (top right corner under in-game settings. DO NOT POST IT PUBLICLY) I can swing it up to the team so they have some account examples which helps our QA teams out.
