I CAN'T save nfs heat

Hi! recently brought the game not too long ago and went in the game but once i left it didn't save so i tried  everything like going into the garage for a save then leave , I've shut off win defender completely and it still doesn't save , i don't know what to do  and its starting to **bleep** me off.

Anyone out there encountered the same problems? Any suggestions for a fix?
