3v3 Penalty Issues + Suggestion

Some human, some AI, some early, some 10 seconds away from the game ending, here are a few examples of penalties I find extremely frustrating playing 3v3 (plus one that gave the penalty to the wrong person).

Whipping around to hit someone when you think you have the puck shouldn't be happening - I dunno whether it should just come down to using vision control, completely revamping the controls, or outright disabling hits for a seconds or two after any deke/shot attempt, but nothing chaps my behind more than these misfire interference calls.

There are instances where you're able to make a desperation pass/shot as well - You can't hesitate on thkse but you sort of lose your chance in 3's because you never know if you're gonna try to punch a guy

AI taking penalties - NO. This should not be happening when penalties = penalty shots. These goalies are absolute garbage and AI should not be handing the other guys easy goals; More than half the time they are severely undisciplined and it's clear to me that the dev team keeps leaving them further and further behind any technical advances the game offers.

I feel you can go 2 routes to sort of balance the system

1. You buff the opposing team: 1 penalty means a 4on3 advantage for 2 minutes or whatever where the AI filler will go to the bench immediately after or play just continues until the next whistle. If you get another penalty it turns into a 5on3. If you get yet another penalty in a 5on3 situation, only then will it lead to a penalty shot

2. You hurt your own team: Penalty means you actually go to the box, 2v3. Another penalty means only 1 player is on the ice doing everything he can to defend - If that person takes a penalty the other team should get a penalty shot.
