In the last weeks of NHL still being functional, an EA for the second time, have decided to take a week hiatus from Squad Battles. Isnt it bad enough that you excluded all PS4 players from playing the 25 version of NHL do to it being available only on the PS5 system. Now you can't even allow players to finish NHL 24 without interruption. EA you get my vote for being the absolute worst gaming company, when it comes to treating your customers the way yo do. Without care or appreciation.
And interestingly, they DO have PS4 versions of all their recently released major games (Football, soccer, F1, etc). It would be nice if someone else took over the NHL game niche and gave it the consideration it deserves.

Its a cash cow for them and they couldn't care less about their product getting worse each and every year.
But why do you think they chose NHL 25 as the only one for which to eliminate the PS4 (and I assume X Box one) version? Maybe because that is the game they have less to lose on if it turns out it doesn't force many of those PS4 users to go out and buy a PS5? And so they are doing a 'low risk' test case maybe......
@wk680Like I said wk680. No competition. So they know there is no other game players can access regarding hockey. At one time. The franchise and game was more immersed in community participation. But now. Their arrogance has produced this dismal concept of NHL play, which gets worse every year.
