AI Penalties Are Way Too Big Of A Problem.

I get teammates will take penalties IRL but why should an online video game make us suffer from the AI taking stupid penalties? In Mike's interview he said it puts you in different situations where you have to figure out something pretty much. But with the current gameplay which is by horrendous all you need is to shoot the puck at the goalie repeatedly until they flop like a fish and let weak goals in the net. How fair is that? The fact the biggest tournament of the year has commenced and this can decide games is sad! The AI takes way too many unrealistic penalties and the elbowing/crosschecking is becoming a real problem, yet you can charge at a player full speed with no penalty or throw your hip in the air from far away. Ever play hockey competitively IRL? This stuff doesn't happen! This product is a mess in itself and sad we have players spending hundreds of dollars on a * poor product! WAKE UP EA!

  • A serious problem. They get the dumbest penalties, and usually at terrible times.

IRL teammates will get bad penalties when the pressure is on, but when it's something you can't even tell what happened because there are three or four people jumbled up, a lot of it has to do with the refs being ridiculous. Like calling slashing because someone has their stick in the middle of the jumble of people.
