be a pro glitch when coach talks
The coach freezes always after giving me the "Yoink!" ability. It occurs 100% of the time, and I haven't found a way to solve it. Thought I'd ask the community.

Yes. it does.

Which system are you playing on?
Xbox one, and the nhl is a disc.
Ridiculous this hasn't been fixed.
What Murdelic said “If it helps at all my be a pro is a power forward build and it’s part of “the story continues” a few years into your career. It’s when you talk to the coach after he rewards you with the Yoink! ability. On PS4 with no disc, bought from psn ” - that is exactly what happened with me… and it looks like it’s a storyline that isnt in the list of abilities progress active or inactive. And the ability to”Yoink” isnt actually in the list of my abilities, so the game can’t actually unlock it, which gives the screen thats locked.
I would upload a video, if you actually allowed me to upload a video on here. It’s very disappointing that this happens… and honestly, this is my last NHL cause I’m done with this money grab, broken bs.

These are the storylines that are not active.
As you can see there is nothing that says “YOINK” anywhere.
There is also no yoink ability available for my character. (Power Forward)
The end of season six, I get offered the YOINK ability for what I’ve done.
After I hit the cross button to continue the dialogue … it just stays here, because the game is broken and can’t do anything with an ability my character does not have.
I hope that is sufficient for your testing teams… and if this wasn’t fixed in 25… then it will probably happen again in 26 and so forth until you start doing some testing of your own products and if you put in a 25 year career… it means going through that 25 years to make sure things like this dont happen.
