Fix be a pro trade requests theres like 12 topics on the forums and it hasnt been addressed since the start of the game. why are these being read and not addressed and fixed at all? its grayed out ...

Its just grayed out like this, every year all the time for every position you make. As you can see its 2027 in this example and has never given me the option,
when will this be fixed? @EA_Aljo

  Will not let me post a video, but as you navigate through this side ribbon it skips over this option and is grayed out all the time. @EA_Aljo
