Be a pro x factors not unlocking

So i have a problem in Nhl 24 Be a pro. Some x factor abilities do not unlock even i have completed the challenges.

For example when i have won all four divisions i should get the wheels zone ability but after winning the 4th division it just dissapears from active challenges and i dont get it. Same problem with tape to tape. So i have used a lot of time to get those abilities and after that i get nothing.

Did you ever figure this out? I came here looking for an answer to the exact same question. I also completed all 4 divisions and the challenge moved to Inactive. I noticed in the text it says you have to be traded yet again after completing all 4 which I also did but still no luck
