Be a pro x factors not unlocking

So i have a problem in Nhl 24 Be a pro. Some x factor abilities do not unlock even i have completed the challenges.

For example when i have won all four divisions i should get the wheels zone ability but after winning the 4th division it just dissapears from active challenges and i dont get it. Same problem with tape to tape. So i have used a lot of time to get those abilities and after that i get nothing.
