Just a heads up before you waste $20 worth of NHL points, the new bones and moonlight characters lock you into their special builds in online modes. You cant use any other player build while using those characters...

Yeah... this HAS TO BE CHANGED! Like you guys come up with a fun way for club play but then not allowing us to use custom builds if we want is a huge L and is going to, honestly, keep you from making any more money from skins.
I was SO excited to see skins added for the first time (hammer), but to find out its build specific…. EA really missed their mark :/ hopefully this changes (if so, take my money!)
I am so mad that the builds are locked with the usage of these... I would of NEVER bought this useless crap had I known this before. Hopefully this is changed so that we can use our own builds cause if not, then ill neverbe buying any skins ever again.
I've told them It would be better if the skins were tied to character builds also.
Yeah, it's scummy and, quite frankly, will lose them money making it this way as nobody wants to play with the preset builds

It was not clear to me before purchasing the werewolf and skeleton characters that I would not be able to use these aesthetics outside of your premade loadouts. Is there anyway to issue a refund as I don't plan on using these loadouts since they do not compliment my playstyle and therefore I can't use the character?

Yeah this got a lot of people and it's in my opinion very deceiving because there doesn't appear to be enough information that explains this otherwise.
Any chance for an update or reply/response to why this is the case? I assume the height concept makes sense but it would be nice to get an official answer from EA about it if possible. Also wasn't there supposed to be a discord for this game yet we have heard nothing since the interview announcing it?
