Hi EA,

It was not clear to me before purchasing the werewolf and skeleton characters that I would not be able to use these aesthetics outside of your premade loadouts. Is there anyway to issue a refund as I don't plan on using these loadouts since they do not compliment my playstyle and therefore I can't use the character?

Did ea ever respond? It's very deceitful to charge this much for a skin and not allow it to be used where ever in the game.
