Respectfully, that’s an unacceptable answer. I’ve already recreated my club three times this year due to the original jersey bug where we couldn’t move off of the black stock NHL jerseys. This is not that issue. I shouldn’t have to create a new club to fix a problem with one user, especially if you don’t even know that that will fix it and you’re taking a shot in the dark. Can this be raised as a bug internally and prioritized? The original black jersey bug was considered “non game breaking” becusss there was a workaround. This has no workaround and this is extremely game breaking for one of my club mates and you’re brushing it off like it means nothing. He spent money on this game just as everyone else did. More than happy to provide more details to help EA address this issue.
It is already raised. With it happening to so few, it's not so easy to track down. Especially when you're the middle man here and we can't talk to your teammate directly. If you can have them send capture a video, I'll add that to the report.

Could be a very specific combination of gear causing the issue - Like, my blue chrome gloves always show up as purple and when I was testing the Arizona jersey pattern my guy's torso would be invisible in the main menu player preview.
True and chrome gear was added this year so I can only assume they might have something to do with it

Changed back to the default character head and switched HDMI cables and it is still an issue. Second game without rebooting the Xbox it becomes a problem. Any other ideas? I’m not recreating the club

Had this bug again last night for my first game on, no issues for the rest of the night, played over 6 games. I don't reset my game or anything, we just load into the next lobby and it's good to go, no player customization or anything between matches so I can't see it being character gear related if it seems to resolve itself on its own. This is on ps5 anyways, I realize that other poster is dealing with an Xbox and different symptoms.

Experienced this again last night for the first time since my last post in December. Actually thought EA had found a way to get this sorted out, hopefully next year🤞
