Bring it back.
After a couple of games in I noticed something that used to be in the game but was removed for what reason, I do not know. I decided to compile a list, my list composes from features dating back to N...
"Broken glass barely happens anymore in real life"
But still happens. Which should be written in the game. Maybe one of 100 games played. It would be a cool Easter egg instead of a "feature"

Glass hasn't been broken from a shot in an NHL game since 2018.
That's something like 9,000+ games without broken glass from a shot.
9000+ and have it happening would be a cool easter egg
There are specific rules for breaking sticks. It's not totally RNG. I'm working on getting those clarified and will update when I have some details.

Current Stick Breaking Rules:
-- Very Small Chance to break when receiving a Slash to the stick -- Very Small Chance to break if stick collides with the puck from a Slapshot over 55 MPH -- Very Small Chance to break on any One Timer Slap Shot or any regular Slap Shot -- The chance of a stick break greatly increases if team is considered 'time wasting'
