Yes, I really do like the idea of some dekes being specific to builds. Like an enforcer shouldn't have the michigan like you said and rather have some kind of different deke that an enforcer would more likely use like a toe drag, chip and go around, etc.
There is a very specific reason that those dekes were chosen to be on the button moves. Beside being more advanced of a sequence of buttons to press, all but the one hand tuck require the use of the RS being clicked in to achieve. Since this button is now mapped to be the new reverse hit, programming other dekes to the face buttons would mean it would become impossible to perform the skill moves using normal skill stick control combinations.
