I was suspended for a week and now name is grayed out on my chel character and I can’t change the name.
I understand I can’t change name anymore after a suspension. But isn’t the name supposed to revert back to default Jordan NHL or whatever?
My character still has the name that I was banned for. I’m concerned about getting banned again for an offensive name but I have no ability to change it or reset it to default.

Please send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID. This isn't something we could get handled until the new year though. Also, make sure you completely close out of NHL 24 and load back into it. Recent reports of this have shown that the name is actually Jordan NHL and can't be changed so seeing the name you were actioned for is a graphical glitch. I'll get this looked into for you.
@EA_Aljo Was this ever resolved? I’m having the same issue with the banned name still showing up with the inability to change it.

I’m having the same issue I got suspended once for my name then I wasn’t able to change it. Then after a day or 2 I was banned again
