Can NHL 25 be offered as offline version

Question

Hi there! My friend and I have played the NHL franchise since inception and I’m incredibly disappointed that we can’t play anything newer than NHL 22 offline without internet connection. I have 24 and will buy 25 myself again.

My friend, however, doesn’t have internet and I would love to get him NHL 25 but will need the option to play (on Xbox) without internet connection.

Would you please help me find a way to keep the legacy alive for him!

If I buy a hard copy of the game he still can't play it without wifi even though he has the system.&nbsp;Pretty sad effort that segregates the population from EA. I'd truly expect a more inclusive approach from such an organization.
