I would as well. Heck, they can already make profile pictures of your Be A Pro, so why not use that same engine for created players?
I like that personality idea. Franchise Hockey Manager has something very similar to it.
I think the reason why no Thrashers things exist in the game is because of licensing issues. Why does no one understand how licensing works?
