Changing lines using Hybrid controls

Community ManagerThe line change controls should work the same for skill stick controls. When were trying to change lines? If it's during HUT Moments, you usually only have one line so they can't be changed.
I am playing during franchise mode. I changed the controller setting during the game.
The line change came up, but were grey out and wouldn’t move when I hit the line changes like it did in 23.

Was it working fine before you changed the controller settings? Also, is it happening in every game after that change as well?
I had just switched it during the game.
I just restarted the game and got into a new one and the same franchise. It will still not allow me to change lines during the game.
