Charlie McAvoy X-Factor Upgrade?

With the release of yesterday's 97 OVR Preseason Charlie McAvoy card, his X-Factor card should be upgradeable to 97 as well, but still isn't.  Have closed the game completely a few times and the upgrade still doesn't unlock.  @EA_Aljo can you please pass this info on so that the upgrade can be unlocked.  Thanks!
