Charlie McAvoy X-Factor Upgrade?

With the release of yesterday's 97 OVR Preseason Charlie McAvoy card, his X-Factor card should be upgradeable to 97 as well, but still isn't.&nbsp; Have closed the game completely a few times and the upgrade still doesn't unlock.&nbsp;&nbsp;@EA_Aljo&nbsp;can you please pass this info on so that the upgrade can be unlocked.&nbsp; Thanks!
