Apologies for the misinformation, but the skin itself is something that can be purchased in the store. The build is part of the Battle Pass though.

    It can be purchased from the store now. You should be able to find it under the Store tab.

        That's the one I'm talking about. You can buy it from the store for 1000 NHL Points.
