controlling the soundtrack
wish there was a way you could control the soundtrack like other games where you could shut off certain songs!

I actually have found 4 songs from the recent soundtrack that I really life and added to my music library. I always find 2 or 3 songs that I like. You can control your own music... get spotify and play music in the background and mute the NHL soundtrack.

This is what I do as well. I agree each year there's a couple tracks I really like, but normally I turn off the soundtrack shortly after launch and stream some tunes that best fit the mood. Plus, I like having it play during gameplay. Music just adds a lot to the immersion for me even though it's totally unrealistic to have music during gameplay.
- @EA_Aljo Since I have my gaming monitor and PC monitor side by side I just play a streaming movie service and listen to them while playing offline or when I'm playing goalie cause I'd go insane otherwise.

I play on a TV, but just connect my gaming headset to my Xbox and PC/phone for streaming music. It works really well. Music is so subjective. Everyone's got a different idea for a soundtrack that helps immerse you in the action.
