controlling the soundtrack
wish there was a way you could control the soundtrack like other games where you could shut off certain songs!

I've mentioned it before and I will mention it again. Those soundtracks are always a mixed bag, but I wish the old menu songs were available to choose from.
I always end up using that standard menu song (which has been the same for... how long?). I would love the option to use the music from old NHL games, there shouldn't be any rights issues there, right? Many of the songs before NHL 2002 were really great. And even if any song listened to on repeat for hours and hours will get boring after a while, having a lineup of old songs would be great. I would like to have NHL 97-2001 menu songs to listen to and not just the current one.
But the official soundtrack is rarely interesting enough to use for me.
