Cross gen
How do I play cross gen. I just bought it on Xbox Series S and am trying to play with someone who is playing on the Xbox One X, how do I fix this

I'm sorry to say, cross gen play is not available. Since you're on a Series S, you can only match up with PS5 players.
You'll need to download and play the last gen version on your system in order to play with your One X friend.

Thanks, @TTZ_Dipsy! This is a good option if you don't mind installing both versions of the game. Also, progress does not transfer between the 2 versions. So, you wouldn't be able to transfer the progress you've made on the Series S version over to the Xbox One version.
