Deking in Be A Pro - Between the legs with total control not working

Like the title says. I start a new pro and can’t do the between the legs deke (all the rest are working). Do I need to pick a certain archetype to do this out of the box? Reach a certain skill? Any ideas?

To be clear I can do so with Skill Stick but not Total Control.

What a glaring bug. What on earth can I do to fix this?
