Didn’t receive my power up icon packs!

i pre order the X factor edition and didn't receive my 2x 84 players and my icon. I e-mailed EA and they asked me to post a case here. Its already been 1 week or so and still didn’t received anything...

    This isn't something we're able to help with over Answers HQ as we're not able to investigate accounts. The only recommendation I have is to contact an advisor again by opening a case here. Thank you.

Yes. Also, you may want to contact the retailer you purchased the game from. Typically, when pre-order content isn't received, it's up to them to address that.
