Community ManagerHave they tried the troubleshooting steps here? Also, tell them to make sure UPnP is enabled. That needs to be done on their router settings. They should also be using an ethernet cable that is at least Cat 6.
@EA_Aljo I'll have him check that on his router but he's on cat 5 and has no other issues on any other games, and I my self use cat 5 and don't get his issues and neither do any my other friends. If his router settings are correct is there something else?

If none of that helps, they should try contacting their ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. It could be something with their equipment or on the ISP's end. Are they using a modem/router supplied by their ISP or are they using their own?

You don't have a whole lot of control over their equipment usually. It also isn't exactly intended for competitive gaming. That doesn't mean it won't work, but chances are good there will be better performance with a better router. Also, that can have a pretty high cost associated with it. I think it would be best to start with contacting their ISP so they can check for any issues that might be causing these disconnects. We're not aware of anything on our end that would be causing this.
